Toned & Sweaty Circuit
Toned and Sweaty is series of strength building circuits aimed at increasing muscular strength and endurance by combining basic resistance exercises with higher intensity calisthenics. You will get the benefit of strength training along with an intense cardio workout and you can expect to get a full body workout as you move quickly from one exercise to the other. This class is for anyone looking to get stronger, lose weight, or is ready to ditch the boring cardio equipment and start getting results! Please bring your own mat.
Strong & Balanced Circut
Build both strength and stability in this 45 minute class that combines Kettlebell and BOSU moves for an intense sweat! Please bring your own mat.
Fit and Powerful Circuit
Get ready to sweat it out and leave it all on the floor with this extra empowering 45 minute class. By using various types of modalities (TRX, Bosu, Kettelbells, weights, mats, calisthenics, medicine balls, plyometrics) you will move through two circuits consisting of 10 exercises three times each. Exercises vary from lower to higher intensity movements with short rest periods in-between. Depending on fitness level, most exercises can be modified and/or amplified to challenge you where you're at. Be sure to bring a water bottle and your own mat! Not recommended as a first class for new to exercise participants. Please bring your own mat.

Be empowered by this 45 minute circuit class aimed to not simply increase strength, improve stability and cardio-respiratory threshold, and burn calories, but to boost your confidence! We will work through 4 sets of 5 exercises that will be completed three times each. You are encouraged to work at your ability while being challenged to push your comfort zone and progress! After all, no one comes to an exercise class to stay the same. Please bring your own mat.
Sculpt Strength
This class is focused around strength building exercises using heavy weights for tried and true results. Be ready to ramp up your efforts and sculpt your muscles with this high quality workout class. Consider it an asset audit - take what your mama gave you and grind. This class is intended for those who want to be pushed and take their fitness to the next level. *Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
TRX Core Strength
This is a 45 minute class using both the TRX and the ActivMotionâ„¢ bar to work your core and get you sweating. High intensity exercises aim at getting your heart rate up and your body burning fat while exercises performed in the TRX are a next level challenge for your core! Please bring your own mat. This class is not recommended as a first time class to new-to-exercise participants or those with physical limitations.
Strength & Stability
Tone up your muscles with this fast paced 4 station circuit class that focuses on body wide stability and strength for over all gains in balance, strength and confidence. Geared toward those wanting to be pushed and challenged to the next level.

This class is great for people that want to burn fat and move their bodies. Using the TRX suspension trainer and the WeckMethod BOSU participants can expect to focus on balance, strength and coordination in an interval format. Please bring your own mat.
Mat Pilates
In this Mat Pilates class you will move through exercises that emphasize core activation and control while improving strength, stability and flexibility. When regularly practiced, Pilates can improve posture, range of motion and muscle efficiency. Please bring your own mat. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga and Sound Bath
This peaceful and restorative class led by Shannon French from Zen Diego Wellness, invites you to unwind and deepen your practice with Yin Yoga and Sound Bath therapy.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice where long-held poses target the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing for deep stretching and an enhanced sense of calm. This practice encourages mindfulness and helps release tension held in the body.
The Sound Bath portion of the class uses soothing, resonant sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These vibrations help harmonize the body's energy, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical healing. The frequencies generated during a sound bath can help restore balance to your body and mind.

Self-Myofascial Release w/Foam Roller
In this class, you will explore the benefits of self-myofascial release (SMR) using two key tools: the foam roller and the massage ball. SMR is a technique designed to release muscle tightness, improve mobility, and reduce muscle pain by applying gentle sustained pressure to the body’s fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). A regular practice of SMR techniques can prevent injury by keeping the connective tissue lengthened and healthy.
You will learn how to safely use both the foam roller and massage ball to target specific areas of the body such as the back, legs, hips, shoulders, and arms. Shannon, a seasoned massage therapist and yoga instructor, will guide you through various techniques. These techniques may include rolling, holding pressure, and breathing exercises, to effectively address muscle knots, tight spots, and areas of discomfort.
